Research On Injury Insurance System About Peasant Worker In Fireworks Industry Of Liuyang City

With the quickening of the urbanization and the industrialization of our country, large quantities of surplus labor forces in countryside, which come into being peasant workers, streamed to cities. They not only solve labor shortage problems in Liuyang city, but also alleviate the surplus labor employment pressure found in many underdeveloped areas. And peasant workers make great contribution to Liuyang city's modernization and promote economic growth. However, owing to various constraints, the peasant workers'jobs are often high-risk and have a high rate of occupational diseases. They lack'the necessary labor protection, so peasant workers are forced to suffer these injury accidents and occupational diseases. In recent years more and more injury accidents and occupational diseases are emerged on the peasant workers. Therefore, a fitful injury insurance system for peasant workers should be established by our government.This thesis analyzes injury insurance problems of peasant workers by combining the relative data method with theory. The paper takes the practice of work-related injury insurance of Liuyang City as an example. The research method is to analyze the problems and causes in practice of work-related injury insurance in Liuyang City by comparing the small city scale of Liuyang and large scale industry of high risk-the fireworks industry in Liuyang. This research mainly includes:the distance between the current cover range of work-related injury insurance and the full coverage, unreasonable rate, the disputes in the cognizance, the incomplete system,etc. This paper put forward practicable measures for the problems existing in Liuyang City, and also put forward some thoughts on the settlement of system design through the practice of work-related injury insurance in the grass root. The purpose of this paper is to provide some inspiration on the design of the system, So that the problems aroused in the grass root can be settled down as soon as possible and promote the sound and long-term development of work-related injury insurance in China.
