Peasant workers refers to the peasants whose occupation is worker, while living in a rural household. Peasant workers are forced to suffer these occupational hazards.Because of the endless number of injuries from accidents and the huge group of peasant workers suffering from occupational diseases, an industrial injury insurance system for peasant workers should be established as one of the most basic social security systems for this group.The main structure and innovation of this paper:The first part introduces the urgency, necessity and significance of the establishment and improvement of the peasant workers industrial injury insurance system, with the necessary documentation. The establishment and implementation of the peasant workers industrial injury insurance system would accelerate the process of China's urbanization and industrialization.It would not only be conducive to safeguard the peasant workers' legitimate rights and interests, and to solute the Problems with Three Rs (rural economy, rural development and rural demography) , but would also be even more conducive to the long-term reform goals of the social security system.The second part lists the various contradictions in the system construction and implementation including the timeliness content, coverage, and compatibility with other systems.The third part analyzes the causes of conflicts, including people's concepts, economic conditions, experiences and supervision.
