| With the further development of economic globalization and regional integration, regional development has become increasingly impportant. Nevertheless, the current stage of regional economic integration has witnessed an apparent failure in market,which has triggered a series of regional public issues.Therefore, promoting regional coordination should not be overemphasized.China's regional coordination and cooperation can be traced to 1950s, and has played a positive role in the hamonious development of regional economy. However, due to the shortcoming of regional administration itself, the absent of regional administrator and obstacles set by-local governments for their own interest, the regional coordination and cooperation organization is still weak in its authority,effectiveness and stability. In respond to these problems, the present thesis conducts theoretical analysis and empirical research on the optimization of coordination and cooperation among regional coordination and cooperation organizations. Through thoroughly studying relevant theories of regional coordination and cooperation, describing the development process of China's regional coordination organization, summerizing excellent experience of foreign regional coordination, and cooperation organization and combining China's distinctive characteristics, the present thesis arrives at the conclusion that various problems facting regional public administration can be soloved and hamonious regional coordination and cooperation can be achieved with its footing on the actual regional situation, clear administration range,multi-level,flexible supervision and execution of real power,the optimizition of security system,organization members, operational precedures and mechanisms,and duties and powers of regional coordination and cooperation organization, the supporting form in concept,system and legislation,and the improvement of the function of regional coordination and cooperation. |
