With the country restriction of tobacco industry and China's entry into the WTO,a foundmental change occurred in the marketing environments of Chinese tobacco industry. As a result, marketing strategy study on the cigarettes is necessary for the survival and development of the enterprises, the participation and competition in the domestic and international markets, and the development of China tobacoo Hunan industrial company with limited liability after the Framework Convention on Tobacco Control took effect.In the paper, the research background and meaning of the subject was illustrated, and the related theories and routes were introduced.After analyzing the environment of Beijing Cigarettes market,SWOT theory was applied for Hunan cigarettes situation in Beijing market.By investigating and subdividing the Beijing cigarette market,the marketing plan was advanced for Beijing cigarette market of China tobacoo Hunan industrial company with limited liability. Namely, on the basis of Beijing market subdivision, the company can make different marketing plan according to the characteristics of different market. And then, the corresponding measure and protection should be take for the company by the marketing plan.Studying on the development background of the Chinese tobacco industry,the current situation of the company was analyzed. By the SWOT analytic method, the advantages and disadvantages in the company were pointed out,and then the unfavourable factors should be excluded whereas the beneficial factors should be exerted.In the domestic and international competition, by analyzing Binjing market environment and the current situation of the cigarette market, and applying 4p theory of marketing combination,the corresponding plan was maked for the product, the price,the place and the promotion of Binjing cigarette market in the company. Study on Beijing market marketing strategy is important for the marketing of China tobacoo Hunan industrial company with limited liability.
