These ten years,1999-2008 is our country industrial enterprise rapid development period,its annual profit growth rate is as high as 35.6%,average annual growth rate has not kept profits,however,began in 2013 and gradually decline from 12.2% to below 10%.Data show that as China's economy GDP growth dropped to below 7%,the overall environment caused many state-owned enterprises profit growth.Most industries is expected in the future profit growth is still weak,its earnings growth remains at a low level.At the same time,the environment also with the deepening of the framework convention on tobacco control execution and are becoming increasingly serious,sales of cigarettes have near all-time highs,has a tendency to fall back.Tobacco industry as an important industry of national economy,its development closely related to the development of the national economy.And the tobacco industry must be according to the macro market environment change and the completed from the "old normal" to "new normal" transformation.In the future in a short period of time the development of tobacco industry speed will slow down gradually,structural reduction is the main industry after entering "new normal" characteristics.As the tobacco industry degree is higher and higher,to the attention of the mass effect is oriented to quality control will lead to the brand development speed from the high speed development into high speed development.China as the world's largest tobacco consumer,its more than 300 million consumers account for nearly a quarter of the world's total tobacco consumers.At the same time,because of China's rural population accounts for over sixty percent of the population,so China is an agricultural country,rural cigarette market for tobacco industry has huge development potential.Especially in tobacco industry after entering "new normal",promote sustained growth of tobacco is the most important methods to establish and improve rural tobacco network system,expand the scale of sales of cigarettes in the countryside,develop rural cigarette market.Due to the great potential of rural market in the area of the tobacco industry,the development of the cigarette market in rural areas is conducive to consolidate the foundation for the development of the tobacco industry,help the tobacco industry in our country under the influence of the international financial crisis to achieve "cigarette on the level,taxes andprofits growth" goal,at the same time also helps to improve rural electric running level and quality,laying solid foundation site.The research object of this article selects for rural cigarette consumer groups,consumer behavior related theory as the instruction,for large-scale sample survey data logical induction and deduction,analysis the basic conclusion of the rural cigarette consumer behavior,in order to develop practical rural tobacco marketing strategy.Analysis shows that the main factor that will have great influence on consumer behaviour are: the origin of a cigarette,packaging,brand,reputation and social consumption environment,and consumer experience,etc.The influence factors of cigarette with different prices for consumers,and consumers for the same price of cigarettes also have differences in different property evaluation.Therefore,only the behavior characteristics of consumer understanding and analysis,to develop targeted rural market marketing strategy,building up rural tobacco consumer oriented marketing system.
