The Analysis On The Influences Of RMB Exchange Rate Fluctuation On Export

As an influential important part of China's economics, export trade develop rapidly in recent years. Exchange rate becomes the focus as an important factor of development of a country's trade. However, the relationship between exchange rate and exports has not been determined.As the diversity of China's foreign trade, the paper selects Hong Kong, the United States, Britain, Germany and Japan, five countries (regions) as study objects, and uses panel data to estimate the relationship between exchange rate and exports. The results of the regression obtain, the change of the exchange rate of RMB against the U.S dollar, HK ,Euro to their exports have a significant impact, however, the exchange rate for the Euro and Yen have no significant impact on their exports.For different trading partners, the impact of the RMB exchange rate on exports is different. The exchange rate has the most important impact on export trade, but with different countries, different conditions, different economic environment, the impact of the exchange is different.Meanwhile, the form of the exchange rate is also an important factor in the development of export trade, which plays an important position, can not be ignored. Finally, the existing currency system of exchange rate suits our current conditions, which conducive to the development of China's foreign trade; ensure the stability and low risk of the trade.This feature of the paper: Different from the existing model used in the analysis, this paper selects five countries (regions) which have close relationship in foreign trade with china as study objects, and establish panel data to estimate the relationship between exchange rate and exports. At the same time, by comparing the effects of different forms of exchange rate, we make a comprehensive and in-depth analysis between exports and exchange rate.
