Study On Evaluation And Exploitation Tactics Of Eco-Tourism Resources In Bacha Island National Wetland Nature Reserve

Wetland, an important ecosystem on earth, has an irreplaceable role in preserving and regulating ecological environment quality. The wetland has abundant function, which can meet people's high-level spirit to pursue. With the ecological tourism booming throughout country, the value of wetland resource has become more and more important. The rapid growth of the ecological tourism market has offered the broad platform for development of the wetland tourism. But, since there has not yet established a complete system for classification and evaluation on wetland tourism resource in China, it's hard to classify, evaluate and investigate tourism resource of wetland scientifically, reasonably. Thus the author tried to evaluate the tourism resource in Bacha Island Natural Reserve with appropriate evaluation method and a scientific index system, based on further study on the new theories and methods of tourism resource evaluation around the world, with a purpose of putting forward scientific suggestions for the development of wetland tourism in Bacha Island Natural Reserve.Considering the features of ecological tourism resources and the actuality situation of Bacha Island Natural Reserve, the author makes a general quantitative assessment of the resources using AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) in this paper. An evaluation model system for ecological tourism resources was created, and then gets the weights of the model system index from on-site inspection and gradation by expert. A higher score of 7.7674 which means good quality of the resources was gotten after general evaluation of ecological tourism resources in Bacha Island Natural Reserve, and there is a large exploitation potential in the ecological tourism resources of Bacha Island Natural Reserve.Based on general evaluation of ecological tourism resources in Bacha Island Natural Reserve, the author analyzed the current situation of eco-tourism development of it with the method of SWOT analyses, the interior strengths and weakness, the exterior threats and chances are also studied in this paper. And a plan for eco-tourism of Bacha nature reserve came out, which divided the whole nature reserve into 8 scenery spots and corresponding tourists travel lines, then analyzed and estimated the eco-tourism environmental capacity of Bacha Island Natural Reserve. At the end of the paper, the eco-tourism marketing strategy and management program are determined, constructive suggestions on eco-tourism development are also put forward.
