Study On The Growth Environment Of The Small And Medium Technological Enterprises

For the past several years, the Chinese science and technological small and medium-sized enterprises keeps fast and stable growth, and now has already become the main army which develops high technology industry and the important force to technology advance. However, in their growth process, science and technological SMEs are up against so many difficulties, that is weak regional scientific and technological strength, the relative lack of scientific and technological human resources and so forth, which are cumbering their development. To research on the growth environment of science and technological SMEs contributes to raise the survival percentage of science and technological SMEs, to make macro-scientific policy for government. Therefore, the research on the growth environment of science and technological SMEs has some important theoretical and practical application value.First of all, the paper defines SMEs, their growth environment, and then reviews the related literatures of the growth of the science and technological SMEs from the perspective of domestic and foreign. Then with the actual situation in Anhui province, the paper discusses the status quo and troubles of the small and medium technological enterprises. Based on scholar's research domestic and foreign, investigation on the spot, the paper induces and analyses its main environmental factors, such as the policy environment, financial environment, market environment, technology environment, human resources environment, social services environment, industrial environment, institutional and socio-cultural environment and so on. Based on the above analysis and foreign science and technology learning environment for the growth of science and technological SMEs, this paper uses AHP and expert scoring method to establish the growth environment evaluation system of the small and medium technological enterprises. At last, some suggestions are put forward: to improve the policy support system, broaden the financing channels and to improve the social service system.
