Research On The Construct Of The Index System Of The Value Of The Scientific And Technological SMEs Which Are Invested By Gansu Science And Technology Investment Company

Gansu Science and Technology Investment Company is undertaking a challenging mission:rejuvenating the technology industry of Gansu. The main business of Gansu Science and Technology Investment Company is investing in the Scientific and technological SMEs. So, how to recognize and estimate the value of the company is a big topic for the company.In the fundamental research, the article combs researches related to the enterprise value and summarizes the characteristics of existing index system design using the literature research methodology to lay the theoretical foundation for the paper and provide a reference to select index. When selecting the evaluation index, the article conducts a field survey of Gansu Science and Technology Investment Company based on the existing research. Through the investigation, the article gets the first hand data to design the corporate value evaluation index. Taking the traditional factors of the study and the present value of future corporate earnings into account, the article considers the enterprise’s innovation ability and the influence of the external environment of enterprise, after combining the specificity of the technological middle and small enterprises. Finally, the article selects five dimensions to evaluate the business value:financial, development ability, innovation ability, operating conditions and the external environment, establishes second class indicators and third class indicators for each dimension. When assigning a value for each index, the article uses expert scoring method and analytic hierarchy process. Rely on expertise of experts and the company’s investment experience, complex combination of quantitative and qualitative decision-making problems is broken into simple and easy operation factor analysis problems.In the end, the article uses a case to verify the value evaluation index system, summing up the shortcomings of the index system, and indicating the further research directions.
