With China's rapid development of society and economic, and the influence of health care reform, internal development environment and consumers together ,modern pharmaceutical logistics developed rapidly in China, while a batch of large-scale the medical logistics company enterprises appear. In this dissertation, location problem of pharmaceutical distribution centers is key step to consummate programming, and is key factor to a medical logistics company to conciliate competition. Scientific and rational layout of pharmaceutical distribution centers not only for the pharmaceutical company will be timely and accurate delivery to customers and protect the lives of the people, but also increase customer loyalty, corporate reputation, and market competitiveness.This dissertation summarized the development of medical logistics, cited the development of modern pharmaceutical logistics in china, combined with research of location models and influencing factors and principles of location of pharmaceutical distribution centers. The dissertation set a location model of pharmaceutical distribution centers based on cost, storage capacity and time satisfaction, and Chosen ACS to solve model, and illuminate the steps and procedures and the basic framework of procedures.Finally, Anhui Province as pharmaceutical distribution experimental area to collect data and the dissertation select 11 cities as candidate distribution centers, using the C + + compile experiment platform, set parameters, obtained the result of seven good transportation conditions cities to set pharmaceutical distribution centers, for example, Hefei and Bangbu.
