Research On Selecting Logistics Distribution Center Problem Under The Time Constraints

With the continuous development of the logistics industry,logistics management concept has experienced a great change from "serve for customer" to "make the customer satisfied",Logistics distribution center location problem is very important for the research on the optimization of logistics system cost,so it is necessary to further study of this problem,which can provide a broader view of the development of distribution center.Through the study of literature,we found that most of the location model proposed by academia,When they are in the service for the customer from the perspective of logistics enterprises,ensure the cost is the lowest,And for the service needs of customers are equal,but they rarely starting from the demand of customers,and comprehensive analysis of the differences between every single customer,which can make decisions to meet the demand of the vast majority of customers.This paper is going to combine customer satisfaction and customer's requirements of delivery time,setting up a corresponding relationship,finally on the basis of this to build a model to solve the distribution center location problem.In this paper,after comprehend the relative concepts of distribution center location problem,comprehensively analysis methods and models of distribution center location problem,a lower logistics distribution costs should be guaranteed,at the same time,we must ensure that the customer's customer satisfaction are at a certain level.By analyzing the relationship between time constraints in the distribution activities and customer satisfaction,establish a corresponding function equation,to ensure the most part of the customers that under the premise of a certain degree of customer satisfaction levels,then we use MATLAB programming to solve this problem,by constantly adjusting the coefficient of sensitivity and the average customer satisfaction,the enterprise formulate a unified time limit T,which used as the time constraints;distribution center location model under time constraints is established,in the model the total cost in the process of distribution activities is used as the objective function,time constraints is used as a filter condition,compile the heuristic algorithm,many times to iterate to find a solution for distribution center location decision,finally selected distribution center;but as a result of the algorithm has some defects,which specific to the distribution center for customer service,on the basis of the selected distribution center,break down the cost in the model,ultimately determine the distribution center toserve their own customers.In the end,through a specific case,combined with survey data and the method and model above,to solve a specific issues that a logistics enterprise make delivery plan,which has a certain practical significance.
