Since the first Internet banking"Security First Network Bank"(SFNB) was born in the United States in October 18, 1995.The number and size of the Internet banking has been explosive development, industry chain of Internet banking has been gradually formation. The development of Internet banking industry should follow proper"Game Rule"in order to get a good result. The development of Internet banking was still in the initial stage of the industry, and faced with technical, regulatory, security, credit structure, logistics, security, user awareness, and so on, during a short time in China. It is very important for the development of Internet banking industry to establish a mature and complete industrial value chain. First, based on the discussion of the Internet banking and the use of literature reviews and logical reasoning, the article draws the structure of Internet banking industry chain, and analyzes the development status and problems of our country.Secondly, based on the game theory the paper analyzes the Internet banking industry chain formed at different stages, and provides some strategy choices for the node enterprises. Finally, with the analysis the specific condition of China, the article gives a number of development advices.From the research, the Internet banking industry chain was a correlation chain, which was made of upstream service providers, hardware vendors, IT service providers, banks, downstream business entities, third party payment agencies, and end-user;During the various stages of the industry chain development, inseparable from the supervision and management about government and related institutions, cooperation between enterprises is the result of each choice,and the main determining factor was the earnings after the mutual cooperation.
