Shareholder's Structure,corporation Governance And Corporate Performances' Relationship

Stock structure is the foundation of the corporate governance, which determines the operation and the constitution of the internal governance mechanism, at the same time; has great impact on the performance of the corporate. China'banks which are different specifically from other industries, so it has theoretical and practical meaning to analyze the relationship among the stock structure and performance of the corporate and the corporation governance.Based on the review of related literature, analyzed the achievement and the inadequacies of the previous research, the mechanism of stock structure on corporate performance has been studied further from stock composition and ownership concentration'points ,the banks'assets is used as a control variables, totally 2006-2008 listed banks were chosen as samples. The empirical analysis of shareholder's structure and corporate performance was carried out through combining the descriptive analysis and OLS and so on. Based on the empirical results and characteristics of the environment of corporate governance, the paper has put forward some suggestion to achieving optimization of the corporation governance and shareholder's structure.
