Information technology has developed rapidly since its birth. IT is seen as the representative of high and new technology, production control, business applications and other aspects of the world economy as while as of the development of countries. However, many research results show that the huge investment in information technology did not produce a corresponding increase in productivity, resulting in enterprise information technology productivity paradox. This paper attempts to study how the information technology influences the enterprise productivity, and the reasons for the productivity paradox. First, this paper analysis the process of the informationalization. Second, this paper builds the decision-making game model for the analysis of the impact of the factors on information technology performance on the basis of the Nash equilibrium. Finally, take Harbin Pharmaceutical Group and Yunnan Baiyao Group as the examples of informationalization and analysis the factors of enterprise informationalization .Then give the corresponding policy recommendations. The results showed that: (1) When a higher degree of integration between the enterprise sector, involving a higher degree of business change, the enterprise information technology for the transformation of motivation (the expected result, internal demand, competitive pressure) the greater the lower the productivity of information technology appears Productivity Paradox phenomenon; (2) When a higher degree of integration between the enterprise sector, involving a higher degree of operational changes, if the enterprise has budgetary constraints, then the implementation of the higher levels of investment, information technology, productivity, the lower the productivity Paradox appears On the phenomena; (3) When the business process restructuring, data preparation, training and project implementation such as the early and basic work and failed to do so to a certain extent, can make management and business processes are not standardized and optimized, the enterprise information technology adoption levels of The higher the productivity of information technology, the lower the productivity paradox phenomenon occurs.
