Study On Service Outsourcing Development In Nanchang City

With China's accession to WTO, market competition is more intense. At the same time, global economic development has been constantly troubled by resources and environmental problems. Under the essential constraints of resources and the environment, the development of service economy is a effective way to get rid of the constraints. The strong development of the productive service of the developed countries has promoted the rapid development of the global service outsourcing business. Today, service outsourcing research has aroused scholars much interest at home and abroad, who conduct research and discussion in theory and practice on service outsourcing in varying degrees. In the implementation and management of service outsourcing, they have also made a lot of research results. However, there is very few actual research on the industry development of a certain city under the theoretical guidance of service outsourcing. This paper tries to make deep exploration on the guide, operational level and implementation of the development of service outsourcing industry in Nanchang City, combining with the development status of service outsourcing industry of the city. First, the paper makes an overview of the relevant theories of service outsourcing and the industry. Then it takes a deep insight into the development status and factors of the service outsourcing industry in Nanchang City in-depth and makes a SWOT analysis of the service outsourcing industry development in Nanchang City. Based on this, the paper makes some recommendations on the feasibility of Nanchang City service outsourcing industry development. The purpose of this, on the one hand, is to implement service outsourcing, improve service capacity as well as provide theoretical and methodological guidance for service outsourcing enterprises, on the other hand, to provide some useful reference and help for government sections to make relevant policies and regulations.
