China's Service Outsourcing Industry Development Research

With the accelerated pace of global economic recovery, as a low energy consumption and high industry value-added industry, service outsourcing industry is more popular in most countries of the world to developing their economy.First of all, this article defines the concept of service outsourcing and describes the related theories. Secondly, this article analyses the situation and characteristics of global service outsourcing industry, then selects the United States, Japan and Britain as the representatives of outsourcing contracts countries, also selects Malaysia, Mexico and Ireland as the representatives of outsourcing supplying countries. Third, this article based on the situations of china's service outsourcing industry, used the factor analysis and international comparison to analyze the influential factors of china's outsourcing industry. Then draw a conclusion that china's outsourcing industry development situation is good, the government plays an important role in the development of china's outsourcing industry, and enterprise's core competitive ability are constantly strengthening. Finally, this article combines with the successful experience of other countries, proposes some developing strategies, including country supporting strategy, regional coordination strategy and enterprise strategy.
