China's Urban Commercial Health Insurance And Social Integration Of Docking Problems Of Medical Insurance

The issue stems from a series of thought of my instructor and myself on the reform of social health care system under the latest enthusiasm for the social security system reform.This study hopes to show the status of integration and docking of the urban social medical insurance and commercial insurance, explore the problems and causes and put forward countermeasures, and then make a path on improving the urban social health insurance system in China.The main issues to be resolved:First, analyzing the characteristics and advantages of commercial health insurance and social health insurance, and pointing out the necessity and feasibility of integration and docking. Second, studying the method and mode of integration and docking between commercial insurance and social security. Third, proposing policy recommendations to support integration and docking of commercial medical insurance and social health insurance.This article elaborates my views and arguments mainly from several aspects:the necessity and feasibility, as well as the ways and means of integration and docking between commercial health insurance and social health insurance. This topic will use the method of combining quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis to research. By using insurance investment theory, effective management theory, history science, sociology, we will put forward related measures from two levels:government and insurance companies, and also do some qualitative analysis of a number of issues.On this basis, to explore mechanisms and modalities for the development of integration of commercial insurance and social insurance.Systematic and comprehensive study of integration and docking problems about social health insurance and medical insurance commercial is still a blank at present.On the basis of using practical experience of foreign commercial health insurance and social health insurance, this paper attempts to deeply analyze the dynamic factors and resistance factors of integration and docking.This will focus on the analysis of methods and channels about integration and docking, making a humble contribution to further improving the medical security system in China at the same time.
