Analysis The Scope And Content Of Csr Of China

The scope and level of corporate social responsibility is the hot issue in theoretical discussion. It focuses on what social responsibility the corporate should take. This is the carifying on the connotation and dennotation of corporate social responsibility. Making clear of the scope is good for the enterprise to accurately locate its role in shouldering the social responsibility, improve their competetive power, and adjust the relationships with various benefites.Based on corporate social responsibility scope and levels, this paper explains the related theories of the corporate social responsibilities. Connected with the cases of absence on corporate social responsibilities, the weak consiousness of social responsibilities in some of enterprises in China are inveiled. And then the reasons of this absence are analyzed from three aspects such as the government, enterprises, and society.This paper reviewed the discussion of corporate social responsibility of the classic shool and neoclassical economics school, then summarized the scope of it in China, which should include economy, law, morality, and charity, environmental five aspects.Finally, the effect made by the government in defining our corporate social responsibility is discussed, and suggestions are proposed in establishing the communication channels and social responsibility balanced with government, enterprise, and society.
