The Study Of Corporate Social Responsibility Levels Under The Case Of Dairy Farming

Since coming into the new century, the reformation and development of China has entered a new historical stage. To establish and implement the scientific concept of development, to build a harmonious society and realize a complete and continuous development based on people has become a broad consensus in every social community . Correspondingly, people have new cognition about character and role of enterprises, also the mission and role of enterprisers. The age puts forward higher requirements to enterprises and enterprisers in our country. As the most direct power to promote economy development, enterprises have special function in building a harmonious society. It is very important for enterprises to assume social responsibility. Meanwhile, the movement of assuming social responsibility all over the world also brings far-reaching influence to enterprises of our country. Under such background, it has very important practical and theoretical significance to know the actuality and problem of enterprises in assuming social responsibility. It is also very important to give pertinent recommendations and measures.This article firstly analyses the background and intention to choose this subject, then analyses the innovation of the article and domestic and foreign research. In the next chapter, I expound the theory development of social responsibility, including the nascence, meanings and two viewpoints it contains. In the last cantlet of this chapter,I discuss the genesis of social responsibility standard.In the third chapter,I analyse the delelopment of social responsibility in our country,especially problems and why problems take place when enterprises assume their social responsibility.The most important of this section is to distinguish beneficence responsibility with basal legal and moral responsibility that enterprises assume.The fourth chapter analyses the fulfillment of social responsibility of our enterprises by analysing cases of dairy farming.In the last chapter,I will give out correlative measures and solutions to the problem from three aspects,including enterprises,government and society.The final intention is to let enterprises fulfill their social responsibility better.
