Application Research Of Fuzzy Method In Performance Evaluation Of Petrochemical Industry

The last 20 years, with the development of economy, China's petrochemical industry has rapidly grown and become a pillar industry in the national economy. The core of China's petrochemical industry is the large state-owned enterprises, as deepening of SOE reform and innovation of modern management system, performance evaluation becomes a core content of state-owned enterprise management.This thesis is a study of the performance evaluation system for the petrochemical industry and application of the fuzzy evaluation, based on the performance evaluation of the large-scale petrochemical enterprises subordinate plants. First, this thesis does research on some important relevant theories, sums up the common evaluation methods, analyzes the principle of fuzzy evaluation in-depth and the reasons of the application of fuzzy evaluation method, it has both strict quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis of the phenomenon of ambiguity, not only to deal with the fuzzy performance and sum up all factors affecting the overall performance, but also to reflect the experience feelings with figures. Second, analyzing the business environment of petrochemical industry which brings the opportunities and challenges, then constructs the petrochemical industry performance evaluation system from the index system design, weights indicators and evaluation criteria. Finally, applying the fuzzy evaluation method in the business case-LH company. With evaluating the performance of its main production plants and analyzing the results, it makes recommendations for improvement to LH company.
