Nowadays, studying in performance of enterprise's of R&D, It can help to promote creative capacity of enterprise R&D our company, from improving performance, and solving management problems, After analyzing literatures of research about R&D evaluation in the world, we fond that many research don't study performance evaluation to enterprise R&D, by creative capacity of enterprise, financial objects, Project Management. Consequently, we establish a method of performance evaluation being appropriating enterprise's R&D for our company.We build a universal and active enterprise management performance evaluation system about R&D basis on strategic balanced score card and characters of management system about R&D.
