With the enhance of the awareness of protecting environment, closed-loop supply chain is becoming the focus both in business circles and academic circles. People care lack of resource and environment pollution more and more. Sustainable development has become the main trend of the world. How to make the economy development harmonize with environment is a strategical problem for all countries. People will focus on these topics such as how to use less resources, how to reduce the pollution of environment, how to get more economical and social profits.Based on the review of the overseas and domestic study on closed-loop supply chain, this paper studies the optimization model of logistics network in closed-loop supply chain. Firstly, study the optimal problem of closed-loop supply chain logistics network with one product:building a mathematical model, resolving it with a kind of software called Lingo, getting the optimal solution and analyzing it. Secondly, we develop this study with multi-product, also building a mathematic model and resolving it, then getting an optimal solution. Finally, conclude this paper and point out the probable orientations for further study.The main work of this paper is as following:1. Summarize both domestic and overseas literatures that study on the closed-loop supply chain and the logistics network of it;2. Study on the optimal problem of closed-loop supply chain, integrate positive logistics and reverse logistics, improve and build a optimization model of closed-loop supply chain's logistics network with one product considering capacity limits and different costs in different cities, resolve it with imitating case and analyze the computed result;3. Develop this study, based on anterior study, improve and build a new optimization model for the case of multi-product, also resolve it with imitating case and analyze the computed result.
