With the continual development of the industrialization process, there is aninereasing demand for natural resourees in the worldwide soeiety, which results in theexcessive numbers of castoff and returns. The reduction of the nature resource and theenvironmental degradation has casued the firm’s production costs getting higher andhigher, so more and more companies began to seek ways to reduce the production costs.Enterprises implement closed-loop logistics management can not only reduce theenvironmental pollution caused by waste, increase customers’ loyalty, but also caneffectively reduce the cost of the production through the reuse of backflow products, thus form a new profit source. For the enterprise, closed-loop logistics network planningis in the strategic level, which directly affects the operational efficiency.Due to theabove background,Based on the worldwide scholars’ study, the paper mainly studied thefollowing particular contents:Firstly, the theoretical knowledge of the recycling economy and closed-looplogistics is introduced. Then made a systematic analysis of the closed-loop logisticsnetwork planning problem, it is mainly titroduced the constraints factors we should beconsidered when carrying out the relevant planning and goals of the plan, the steps ofplanning and commonly used methods.Secondly, in order to make the model more realistic, the problem is studied in anuncertain environment, considering a variety of uncertainties in the recycling process, established an uncertain programming model with coexistence of a variety of fuzzyparameters. Finally, the paper focused on how to add the environmental awareness of consumersinto the model we studied. By establishing a demand function which containes theenvironmental awareness of consumers, thus environmental awareness is added into themodel. The model considered the corporate recovery and facility location problems at thesame time. By solving the model the optimal recovery rate can be fixed, at the same timethe location of the facilities can also be fixed, and studied the relationshipbetween therecovery rate of the enterprise and consumer environmental awareness... |
