With environmental problems becoming more and more serious,people's awareness of environmental protection has been enhanced.The closed-loop supply chain has gradually become the focus of public attention.Especially since the 90 s,with the formation of global integration,the science and technology progress,economic development,the traditional supply chain is not able to meet the demand for green environmental protection,at the same time will not be able to bring more profits for the enterprise.Closed-loop supply chain is a combination of traditional forward logistics and reverse logistics.Transform returned products into resources,save costs while protecting the environment,and reduce waste of resources and environmental pollution.Uncertainty existed in the process of recycling products leads to problems in the process of closed-loop supply chain operations and even hard to continue.The location-allocation problems in closed-loop supply chain under uncertain environment has become the urgent problems.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:The closed-loop supply chain location distribution problem has become a hot issue.The existing literature has achieved fruitful results.But the current research focuses more on the location-allocation problems of closed-loop supply chain under certain condition or consider single uncertain variable research.The research on recycle quantity and quality under uncertain condition are relatively few.This paper on the basis of inheriting predecessors' research,focus on multi-facility multi-product closed-loop supply chain location-allocation problems under fuzzy random environment,considering the quantity and quality of recycling products uncertain.Analysis and summarize closed-loop supply chain network structure under different recycling methods.According to the operating characteristics,clear research network structure model.Based on the decision goal and the influencing factors,conceptual model is constructed.Considering the recycling and remanufacturing recovery rate and quality of recycling products(retailers),empirical classifying recycling products: can be directly used for remanufacturing,raw materials can be used to reproduce or to make other products,can't be reused.For multi-product multi-facilities location-allocation problems of closed-loop supply chain including suppliers,manufacturing/remanufacturing factory,collection-distribution center,the customer points and waste disposal center,a MILP model is built to aim at the lowest cost of economy and the lowest carbon emissions.Considering the carbon emissions,corporate decision makers pay more attention to the economic costs,so the carbon emission goal is transformed into a constraints.The multi-objective programming problem is transformed into single objective optimization problem.A heuristic algorithm of priority-based global-local-neighborhood particle swarm algorithm isconducted to solve the model.The location of factory and collection-distribution center and distribution quantity has been decided after calculation.It can provides some suggestions for enterprises to construct closed-loop supply chain network and resource allocation.
