International Operation Research Of Chinese Commercial Bank

China had attended WTO for five years by December 11th 2006. From then on, the all-sided opening age for Chinese financial industry has come. Foreign financial institutions can complete with domestic banks equally. The international operation is the premise for China's commercial banks to participate in world wide competition, and the international operation has been a certain trend in the reform and development of China's bank industry. Now, bank international operation in China is still in its elementary stage, and it has some deficiencies. So the study on bank's international operation in China is a significant issue.The international operation of commercial banks is a systemic problem. What factors influence banks'going out? How to solve the adverse factors? Now that the international operation is necessary, what implementation approach shoule we choose? The operation abroad is necessarily with some risks, how to avoid or manage these risks. This dissertation mainly studies on commercial banks' abroad embranchment organization establishment. With the international operation process as the primary study line, this dissertation encircles the aforesaid three aspects.First of all, we introduce some general theories about commercial banks'international operation. Then, we do regression analyses on the influence factors of China's commercial banks international operation. Based on analyses on influence factors from banks themselves, motherland and amphitryon country, we propose corresponding improvement strategies and implementation approaches. Last, aiming at the risks faced by the commercial banks in the process of international operation, we put forward some risk control suggestions. All of these are good for China's banks roundly and safely push the international operation.
