Research On The Baosteel Sales Logistics Management And Construction Of Its Information System

The research on the Baosteel sales logistics management and construction of its information system is based on the rapid development of the information and network technology to figure out the problems of the logistics resources and the information whole course tracking management and support the enterprise production and management strategies and decisions.A large number of production, fabrication, sales and financing information systems have been developed and implemented in Baosteel company.The aims of the optimum integration of the Baosteel sales logistics management and its information system are to build up a mechanism of unifying management and the whole course management and control based on improving the existing weak points of sales operation specifications, to integrate the current manufacture unit dispatch systems, to integrate the area logistics information in the ERP systems in regional trade and sales companies as well as in the plate cutting center management systems, to integrate the third party logistics coordination information, to build up a whole course logistics management and control information platform which will meet the demands of the enterprise integration and extension as well as the constant sales increase.This dissertation, according to the aims of the research on the Baosteel sales logistics management and construction of its information system, puts forward the concrete schemes to solve the key technical problems occurred in the course of the improvement of the Baosteel sales logistics management and construction of its information system in terms of transforming and integrating operation management specifications and developing the application system. And the dissertation shows us how the logistics management and its information system are tranformed and integrated. Many technical measures must be taken in order to reach the aims of the improvement of the sales logistics management and construction of its information system, such as strong buildup management system and item team,unifying the data exchange standard and interface as well as the codes of the products and customers so as to make the system more practical and improve the system's efficiency; and in the meanwhile, transforming the relevant existing systems including manufacture, finance, sales and processing etc. to realize the information sharing and data consistency.This dissertation eventually summarizes the whole content and puts forward the future study field and direction.
