The success of rural tourism development, The key lies in rural tourism product suppliers and demanders of information between the ability to achieve symmetry, Operators, managers can correctly understand the perceived value of rural tourism visitors. At present, the theory and practice of rural tourism, In a "resource-oriented" and "tourism-scale target" in the initial stage, The lack of perceived value of rural tourism visitors in-depth study.In this study, based on the tourism theory and practice, Concept and types of its re-define and classify, Select a city from the surrounding rural tourism as research object, Emphasis on the perceived value of rural tourism visitors to measure and study. Through expert consultation and field research, SPSS and SEM analysis showed that Tourists in the countryside the perceived value of travel mainly in the rural landscape, Products and services, The cost of the four basic conditions and cognitive aspects, A total includes the themes and features, landscape and pastoral landscapes, natural, fresh air, accessibility, food and beverage characteristics, life supporting facilities such as 17 elements. Meanwhile, the study came to tourist satisfaction, loyalty and individual perception of the intrinsic relationship between the factors.The perceived value to tourists using SEM analysis results showed that the perceived value of rural tourism tourists factor in the four pairs of tourist satisfaction, loyalty is the biggest contribution rate of rural landscape and basic conditions, products and services is relatively low, come to rural tourism development should be prominent theme and features to fully tap the flower culture, in-depth development of local resources, providing high-quality tourist services, rural tourism for sustainable development, strengthening education, industry, farmers, rural landscape and create so many aspects.
