Customer satisfaction is an important reference standard to measure the benefits of hot spring tourism.This article uses the theory of customer satisfaction to investigate the tourist satisfaction of Fuxin Baodi Hot Spring Resort.On the basis of the analysis of the marketing situation of Fuxin Baodi Hot Spring Resort,evaluate the customer satisfaction index of Fuxin Baodi Hot Spring Resort based on American Customer Satisfaction Index Model ACSI.I found that the reason variables that affect the satisfaction of tourists are mainly perceived quality and perceived value according to perceived quality,perceived value,customer expectation these three decisive influencing factors.From the analysis of the outcome variables,the degree of customer satisfaction will affect the customer complaints and the customer loyalty,further more affect the re-visit rate and positive brand promotion deeply.And the reasons for the low degree of tourist satisfaction caused by the resort mainly include the resort's cost-effective tourism cannot meet the psychological expectations of tourists,the brand's attractiveness of hot spring resort is relatively inadequate and the quality of products and services is poor.Finally put forward the countermeasures to enhance the tourist satisfaction according to the conclusion of the evaluation of tourists' satisfaction. |
