Since the pace of market change accelerates sharply, the complexity and variability of procurement management is going though remarkable increases in network economy. Modern information technologies represented mainly by Internet are playing increasingly important roles in the field procurement management. On the basis of E-commerce platform, procurement processes of modern enterprise can undoubtedly promote information sharing, cost reduction among its members in supply chain so as to strengthen cooperation and improve service. Acting as important components of B2B E-commerce, technologies such as E-tendering, e-procurement will help reduce the search costs on Internet for buyers and suppliers and be beneficial for the betterment of overall efficiency and competitive advantage in supply chain. Therefore, the research of E-tendering procurement strategy, which will improve the coordination mechanism among members of supply chain and enhance noticeably the entire capacity responsive to customer needs in e-supply chain, has important theoretical significances and practical values for business operations.Based on the latest research as to e-tendering and e-procurement, this paper carries out relevant investigations on the patterns of E-bidding procurement, commission incentives set by intermediary e-tendering website, decision elections when facing the difference between cost and profit, profit distribution mechanism of supply chain, etc. Primary researches are summarized as follows:(1)Demerits of traditional bidding procurement in the aspects of cost control, information sharing, supplier evaluation, demand responsiveness, etc. are pointed out through the analysis of traditional purchasing business processes.Besides, merits of e-bidding procurement, e-bidding business models and influencing factors as well are also explored effectively.(2)Traditional tendering procurement and e-tendering procurement strategy are analyzed with buy-back contract respectively on the basis of Newsboy model. By way of comparative analysis,decision-making mechanisms on whether members of supply chain are willing to engage in e-tendering procurement operation are revealed which are influenced distinctly by the commission rates charged by the intermediary e-tendering procurement Website.(3)Optimization mechanism of E-bidding purchasing strategy with revenue-sharing contract in supply chain of which purchaser is dominant is presented. The study shows that under the condition of implementing buy-back contract the commission charged by third-party e-tendering website imposes a great impact on decision-making behaviors of both sides in a supply chain. Positive coordination mechanism can be realized in supply chain which will help both sides achieve a win-win situation if buy-back contract is performed and commission rate stays within a certain range. Furthermore, under the contract of revenue-sharing, the dominant purchaser can maximize its own revenue through equilibrium solution of Stackelberg game while ensuring the whole benefits of supply chain to achieve optimal.
