Research On Countermeasures Ofagricultural Structure Adjustment Of Luohe

In recent years, with the steady development of the agricultural economy of our country, the conflict between the agricultural industrial structure and the development of the agricultural economy is becoming increasingly intense. This requires that different regions should be market-oriented, base themselves on their own resource advantages and the current conditions of their economic development and punctually promote the strategic adjustment of the agricultural industrial structure. The strategic adjustment of the agricultural industrial structure is an important means of promoting agricultural production and increasing the incomes of the peasants and an objective requirement of advancing the construction of the socialist new countryside and increasing the international competitiveness of our agriculture.Luohe is situated in the middle of Henan Province with a southern leaning. The advantage of the agricultural resources in the region is evident. It belongs to a characteristic agricultural city in the inland plain. In the recent years, the agricultural industrial structure has gained preliminary results after times of adjustment. But with respect to its current conditions, the landscape of the traditional agriculture has not been essentially changed, the comprehensive benefits of agriculture is relatively low, which can not be adjusted to the new requirement in the new times. It is necessary to further strengthen the adjustment of agricultural industrial structure, which can lead to full and reasonable utilization of resources and the realization of sustainable development of agriculture. As a consequence, the strategic study of the adjustment of agricultural industrial structure is of realistic significance of instruction to the development of agricultural economy of this region and even to the central part of China.Based on the study of the connotation, developmental process, influential factors and the current research conditions home and abroad, this paper intends to conduct an overall analysis of the current adjustment conditions of agricultural structure. It is based on on-the-spot investigation and collection of relevant materials. It adopts investigational analysis, comparative research and comprehensive evaluation and other methods. It elucidates the current conditions of the adjustment of agricultural structure of Luohe, the existing problems, limiting factors and the internal and external environments of the agricultural structure of Luohe. On this foundation it puts forward the guiding ideology, fundamental principles, the aims and focal points of adjustment, measures and suggestions of adjustments and guarantee measures which promote the adjustments of agricultural industrial structure. The research results of this paper will be of theoretical and practical value to the sustainable development of agriculture in Luohe.
