The Construction And Realization Of The Financial Intelligent System Of The Small And Medium Enterprises

With the development of the market economy, the competition between enterprises becomes increasingly fierce. Enterprise is in urgent need to build a rapid response mechanism in order to reply the changing market. Seemly, the requirements of enterprise financial management are also need enhancing. It is not only to do well in analyzing and evaluation of management afterwards but also accounting and controlling during management, and forecasting and deciding in advance so as to keep operating stably. The information explosion is the most distinguishing feature in the information age, many enterprises have accumulated large amounts of data by many years of the development of information which offer date support for expressing financial management functions. However, date is much dispersed in kinds of business system, because of lacking of instruments of collecting and analyzing, managers, confronting to a large number of date, have no idea where to begin, as a result, these date don not play their value. Business intelligence and financial intelligence have the function of excavating date and effectively displaying information so as to aid decision making. Therefore this can improve work efficiency, reduce the uncertainty of enterprise management, and express the function of financial predicting the future. Many large companies at home and abroad and in China under the driving of software manufacturers have adopted financial intelligence, but due to the effect of funds, technology and talents, etc. Many financial intelligence solutions are not suitable for use in many minor enterprises. This thesis, based on the business intelligence and financial intelligence, and consults application results of large enterprise financial intelligence software, proposes financial intelligence solution suitable for China's small and medium enterprise.This article includes six chapters. Chapter one is introduction, clarifying background and significance of selected topic, and put forward main content, solved problems and innovation based on the current research situation at home and abroad. Chapter two main introduce the basic theory of business intelligence and financial intelligence, which is the base of the further research. Chapter three, based on chapter two, proposes the instruction of minor enterprise financial intelligent system, consisting of intelligence analysis, intelligent control, intelligent decision-making and intelligent warning. Chapter four, taking use-friend and ORACLE and Zhize Hua for example, introduces the current major financial intelligent system used in China and analyzing the reasons of financial intelligent manufacturers focusing on large enterprises and find it difficult to promote in small and medium enterprises. Chapter five raise financial intelligence solutions by combining EXCEL and Xcelsius. chapter six explain how to apply the solution from concrete technology and list four specific examples. Chapter six of the specific technical instructions from the application of the program, and listed four specific examples. Chapter seven summarizes the contents of the text and prospects.
