With the economic and social development, energy and resources becoming increasingly prominent and the cost of human resources increasing,production-oriented enterprises are facing severe pressure on the external costs, and. actively search for new production methods and management mode crack development challenges.Through the exchange and learning, many manufacturers boldly advanced to carry out the fine production management. However, the first issue is the combination of lean thinking and the practice.Therefore,summing up systematic management model promoted,continuously deepening understanding is important for the smooth development of fine production management.Firstly, This article discusses the theory and characteristics of fine production management, demonstrating that problem-oriented is in line with the innovative ideas of fine management and management integration is meeting the requirements. The article proposes a management mode of problem-oriented fine production, building a dynamic system including the production organization, equipment, materials, personnel, etc.Then the article highlights problem-oriented, management innovation as well as the application of problem-oriented and integrated approach,.According to the dynamic nature of problem-oriented fine production management, the paper establishes the causal-link model of problem-based fine production under the use of relevant feedback loop theory and method of system dynamics in accordance with the problem process from the introduction(happened), disclosure to settlement.From detailed analysis to the process, organizational behavior and the impact factors of production management, the article summarizes:the professionalism and management level is the requirement of fine management; people-oriented, should promote communication and collaboration to motivate employees to participate in the promotion of fine production; should should combine prevention with control to deal with problems and take precedence to prevent internal problems. And the trend of the typical problems is descripted quantitatively through the non-linear dynamics. The paper discusses the steps and design principles of the indicator system to evaluate the fine improvement, pointing out that the indicator system should be comprehensive scientific, independent, practical. Through companies research and the literature, according to the causes of the problem from human resources, material consumption, equipment,techniques and management environment,the paper establishes evaluating indicator system of the fine management improvement, then explains the specific meaning of each indicator and finally builds a evaluation model of improvement under production-oriented fine management through the analytic hierarchy process and gray-level correlation analysis.Finally, taking A company as a case,the thesis discusses its practice of problem-oriented fine management and evaluates the continuous improvements in the process by using the indicator system and the model that the thesis set up. Then the article analyzes the results of evaluation and makes some suggestions to continuously improve.
