| At present, the development of SMEs is of the top priority in national strategies. From the draft of legislation to the implementation of policies, the constitution of SMEs systems have very important significance according to the principles of specialization, market-oriented and socialization. Henan is a big agricultural province with the largest population of the nation. SMEs have played a powerful role in promoting the construction of new countryside, increasing farmers income levels, expansion of employment and so on. Financing problem really has been an important factor restricting the development of SMEs for a long time. Commercial banks, especially those large state-owned commercial banks are very cautious on financing support to SMEs. However, the competitive environment require banks to look for new profit growth point,and the SMEs credit market is of huge potential. Therefore, it's meaningful to undertake a study on financing difficulties of the SMEs in Henan Province, and put forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the healthy development of SMEs.According to the situation of the loans to SMEs of a commercial bank in Henan province, this paper was trying to take an in-depth analysis of the current financing problem, propose some solutions to major problems of SMEs financing, introduce the concept of supply chain financing. On a clear definition of supply chain finance, this paper studied the player and explored the models of supply chain financing to meet the financing needs of SMEs as well as the development of commercial banks. Supply chain finance, as customized specifically for SMEs, provides a new financing model that will integrate the money flows in business management of supply chain, offering new financing to all enterprises of every aspect of the supply chain.That's why this paper took a systemic research into supply chain financing, which reveals the advantages and effectiveness of supply chain financing. |
