The reason why it is difficult to get bank credit, mainly because of their lack of collateral, financial management is not standardized, low credit rating. And can not get financing, they shape the process of change in the business, the vast majority will gradually die out, which is the development of China’s macro economy is very unfavorable. So, to solve the problem of financing SMEs has become an issue of common concern of the whole society. Many current commercial bank, launched a supply chain finance, for the financing of many supply chain upstream and downstream enterprises, to find a new solution. In order to promote their development in the business, commercial banks need to continuously upgrade the level of risk prevention and control.
