With the continuous development of market economy in our country, small and medium-sized enterprises in our country’s national economy plays an increasingly important role, in ensuring the steady growth of the national economy, driving the development of regional economy, increase employment and improve people’s living standards, expanding financial income and realize the transformation of scientific and technological innovation and results, etc., are playing an increasingly important role. But the sharp contrast, our country small and medium-sized enterprise financing status, rather than in a dominant role in the national economy of unbecoming. Financing difficulties has been an important factor of restricting the development of small and medium-sized enterprises. Macro tightening policy, monetary policy tightening in recent years, small and medium-sized enterprise financing difficult problem increasingly fierce, encountered the unprecedented crisis since the beginning of time.To this end, the author reviewed a large number of small and medium-sized enterprise financing problems of related literature, the paper analyzes the current situation of small and medium-sized enterprise financing difficulties and reasons. Expounds the concept of supply chain financing, proved the necessity of supply chain financing products and related value, this paper introduces the supply chain financing model and the characteristics of the supply chain financing, and in mid-december, the bank recently launched products supply chain financing as a case, makes an empirical analysis of supply chain financing. The results of theoretical analysis and case analysis shows that the supply chain financing can very effectively to help commercial Banks to improve the service ability of small and medium-sized enterprises, and can reduce the financing risk, bank and enterprise win-win is feasible and effective.
