Nearly Three Decades Of Rapid Development Of Agricultural Science And Technology's Influence On China's Economic Internationalization

China agriculture has long been the foundation of our national economy. In new era, China is not only implementing the reforms in agriculture and promoting agricultural economic development policy, but also consider the problem of'agriculture, rural areas and farmers'long-term development of our country as "top priority." At the beginning period of the reform and opening up policy, the State Council has issued five consecutive years an important impetus to of "Agriculture" as the central theme of "One file" to promote rural reform and development of agriculture. In the new century, our country once again is the theme, from 2003 to 2010 introduced seven years in a row guidance "three rural" central "on the 1st file." Agricultural economy, especially in agricultural science and technology have significant development, our country not only to solve successfully the problem of feeding 1.3 billion people, and many high-quality agricultural products and agricultural products exported to international markets, which makes China the important countries in world agricultural trade. In the past nearly 30 years history of China's economic development, agriculture, prosperity and progress of agricultural science and technology not only quicken the process of economic development, and become a major driving force of the great achievements in economic construction in China, which is also become an important factor to accelerate to the international of China's economy.The author is examining the China's economic internationalization from the perspective of the development of agricultural science and technology, which was considered as a push factor. And it can be discussed form the following three aspects. Firstly, analyzing the agricultural science and technology in agricultural breeding technology, agricultural training and technical refinement of the aspect of efficient agricultural machinery technology achievements on the base of Chinese scholars'nearly 30 years understanding of agricultural science and technology, further pointing out that after 30 years of the reform and opening up the four basic characteristics of China's agricultural scientific and technological progress. Secondly, analyzing the factors of putting forward the international of China economy and, at the same time pointing out that the internal and external factor are respectively are the reform and opening up and the economic globalization. Then, describing the process of China's economic internationalization and performance from the regional economic and industrial structure optimization and upgrading two aspects. Thirdly, the agricultural science and technology itself increase the transaction volume of goods involved in international science and technology transactions, greatly enhancing scientific and technological level, which directly promote the international of China's economy, overall use domestic and international markets; Then, the participation of the main economic activity in the market-enterprise, market-based economic activities, human object-the labor commodity, and markets materialized object of economic activity-agriculture, described the three aspects of the system of agricultural science and technology in China the indirect economic impact of the internationalization process.In short, the past 30 years China's economy is inseparable from the process of internationalization of agricultural science and technology, which has provide various levels of support; the development of agricultural science and technology become an important impetus to China's economy acceleration.
