Science and technology are primary productive forces. Accompanied by the rapid innovation in agricultural technology and science and technology, agricultural science and technology education in agricultural production and processing more and more prominent in the rapid development of modern agriculture in the process of agricultural science and technology education and training have always played a very important role. However, the status of agricultural science and technology education can be seen, which itself there are still many problems can not be ignored. As the labor force engaged in agricultural production quantity and quality decline, the traditional training methods faced with severe challenges, deepen rural pending investigation, education and training system is not perfect, the lack of capital investment in agricultural science and technology education, agricultural science and technology education backward hardware facilities, agricultural science and technology education and training overall continuity is not strong.
