This paper is concerned research the most main real estate market of today's Chinese economy, we explore the real estate business green marketing issues. The rapid development of the real estate business, to people's lives and the national economy has brought enormous benefits, but also facing shortage of natural resources and energy. As a real estate company to provide housing products, should follow the trend of social development, its product development and business process factors into green marketing, which is the sustainable development of our society part of the fierce competition in the industry is based on the premise .
