Under The Dome,a documentary film,which focus on the in-depth investigation about smog and air pollution in 2015 make people pay attention to environmental protection once again.This phenomenon inclined persons to have a new understanding about the pollution of environment and also push the urgency and necessity of the government and the public's control pollution to a new height.For the environmental pollution in the past,because of the different geographical environment,everyone's feeling is also different,only people in pollution disaster area have a profound realization,but most people have no clear concept and take the fluke mind that the pollution will not spread to me.However,in recent years,with the intensification of flog,most densely populated cities which become heavily polluted area in north China,northeast China and eastern coastal region are enveloped in fog.Haze pervade in the air,particles PM 2.5 pass through the defense and finally into men's body which is impossible to guard against and cause serious damage to the body health.In this context,a revolution about green low-carbon housing is quietly unfolding.People cannot live without basic necessities of life and houses are very important place to live in.The real estate industry as a pillar industry of our country,the annual carbon emission is huge so that the combination of using advanced environmental protection technology of low-carbon residence is gradually touted by consumers and the green marketing idea of protecting the environment is also gradually adopted and promoted by many enterprises.This article focuses on green marketing,combining real estate marketing with green marketing.First of all,it analyzes the background and significance of green marketing as well as connotation and characteristics,and combines with industrial characteristics to study green marketing of the real estate.In the second place,this paper takes VT project of eco-city as an example and on the basis of SWOT to conduct the research and formulate plan of green marketing.Green marketing not only can meet the low carbon environment,meet the interests-demand of developers,but also meet the consumption-demand of buyers.In the end,it makes the summary of the full text and the outlook of the development.
