ZX Estate Company's Financial Strategy Research

With economic and legal environment increasingly regulated, SMEs face a completely different market from the past. How to win in the increasingly fierce market competition and have a place in the market become important issues SMEs facing with. To solve this problem, SMEs should pay attention to the formulation of corporate strategy, and in all of the strategies, the company's financial strategy is the most important one for the company's overall strategic direction and financial management. "Enterprise Management with financial management as the center" concept has become a consensus, what's more, strategic management theory and financial management theory research have converged, and all of this formed financial management theories which keep financial strategy management as the center.In this paper, we keep the real estate industry as the background and choose ZX real estate Company which is a medium-sized real estate company in the real estate industry as the research object to research the company's financial strategy in specific sectors. Basing on empirical analysis and comparative analysis, we discuss the projects and the background. Then,we choose the suitable project to company after analysing advantages and disadvantages. There are also some tools of analysis,which clarify thoughts and find countermeasures for the company's financial strategy of ZX real estate Company,like SWOT analysis, five acting force of competetion of Macheal Portor. Basing on deeply analysis of the theory of financial strategy, we study and discuss the real estate company's financial strategy deeply. Finally, for the problems appearing in the implementation process, we propose rectification comments.First of all, this article analysis the research background and significance of Shenzhenheneng real estate company's finance strategy, and introduces the financial strategy research at home and abroad, as well as the basic theoretical framework and research, ideas used in this paper. Secondly, this article studies theory of financial strategy deeply in tow ways which are the financial strategy summary and financial strategy management.Once again, due to financial strategy is an important function strategic of the business strategy, this paper focuses on the financial analysis of the company. In this part, we mainly study the company's living environment as well as different levels of investment strategy. On the basis of the above-mentioned study, we deeply analysis the Shenzhenheneng real estate company's financial strategy.Finally, we analysis the company's financial strategy implementation process, and propose some corrective suggestions for the problems which maybe appear in the process.The main contribution of this paper is providing a line of thought which is helpful for the SMEs of the real estate industry making financial strategy, and it also has some significance for other companies in other industries and enterprises.
