| Mountain Region is China's major resource potential in areas, but also economically backward areas of China and low-income population in clusters. Most of China's mountainous regions are primarily an agricultural economy, developing the mountain agriculture, to achieve sustainable development of mountain agriculture, the key to solve the three rural issues. In Shaoyang city, mountains and hills area of its jurisdiction over 70% of the total area, it's also a typical mountain area. Although the obvious advantages of local characteristics and resources, can be tremendous potential for development, but because of economic underdevelopment, and ecological environment has become more fragile, low level of development of agricultural industrialization. Therefore, breaking the bottleneck of the development of their mountain, full use of existing resources and the characteristics of mountain advantages in agricultural products to achieve sustainable development of mountain agriculture, not only can promote the development of mountain areas, the farmers income and achieving sustainable agricultural development can enrich the theory of mountain.In this paper, the theory of sustainable development and agriculture sustainable development as a guide, based on the status of Shaoyang City Mountain agricultural development, to build their evaluation systems and indicators of sustainable development in the area through the modeling approach for sustainable development of mountain agriculture and capacity to evaluate and analysis showing that the overall sustainable development of mountain agriculture Shaoyang low level of the state of sustainable development is not optimistic. Secondly, based on the evaluation results, analyze the main factors impeding Shaoyang mountain agriculture development. Lastly, for the problem of Shaoyang mountain sustainable agricultural development, combined with its characteristics and advantages of mountain agriculture and put forward concrete measures and the development of mode selection.In this paper, drawing on existing research results predecessors, based on the current issue of sustainable development of Shaoyang mountain agriculture made two innovations: Firstly, the content of the performance of the study of innovation.,this paper, form agricultural resources and ecological environment of mountain development, mountain development of agricultural production in mountainous areas of rural socio-economic development and comprehensive analysis of all aspects of state of sustainable development of mountain agriculture, designed to highlight the essence of the sustainable development of mountain agriculture is the problem of "three rural" issue. Secondly, Through a combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis of research methods, in-depth analysis of the factors which is obstacles to sustainable development of Shaoyang mountain agriculture, and made a perfect mountain agricultural development and institutional development of the policy recommendations, makes the sustainable development of mountain agriculture in the system can be protected. Since my knowledge is limited, the article's shortcomings are mainly: First, the indicators of sustainable development of agricultural systems cover a wide range, many data can not be unable to participate in the evaluation terms, to a certain extent, affected the objectivity of the results of this paper. Second, due to the lack of practical experience that the proposed model of sustainable development of mountain agriculture, only method and theory, its applicability and guidance to be the test of practice. |
