With the further reform of the power system, power network planning facing more and more uncertainty factors, such as the uncertainty of the power information and system load, environmental impacts, the uncertainty in the background of the regulations and policies. The traditional network planning and evaluation method have been difficult to adapt to the new environment.The coordinated development of the power grid is an important basis of safety and economic power. And, the coordinated development is an important guarantee of sustainable development which among the power grid, power, load, and external environment. Therefore, it has great significance to further study of the power network coordination.It is analyzed in four aspects about coordination of the power grid and power, internal power network, load, management environment.In accept of the coordination of the power grid and power, it analyzes that the uncertainty of the electric power market environment, energy policy, etc. It evaluated the adaptability of the power grid planning about local power with uncertainty through reliability analysis.Analyzed the reliability and efficiency of the power grid planning, and the coordination relationship between different voltage grade, different area etc. According to the above analysis, corresponding evaluation method is proposed.The influence of the uncertainty of the load to power grid development is analyzed in the paper. Through the calculation of the power supply capability, the maximum peak-valley difference load can be reached, the adaptability of the power grid is analyzed.Finally, the influence of the urban planning to power grid planning is analyzed, mainly from the grid construction land, the adjustment of the urban planning, environment, etc.The evaluated model and method about power grid planning in this paper have good practical value for the decision-making, and guiding the operation and development of power grid.
