Network Planning Ideas To Expand

Based on the power system reform further, global resource optimization and development policy establishment for national west area, it is certain that generation, transmission and distribution will be separated gradually. Power system planning will have to consider more basic factors and the planning thought must be expanded in order to implement power resource optimization and meet all requirement in the inter power exchange and planning arrangement between regional and provincial power systems. This paper presents a new concept about modern power system planning that is different from traditional planning and deals with the planning which is not for enterprise inside only. This planning should be established in power resource optimization around country even around world and should make the inter-exchange power more effectively between regional power systems and international power systems. This new planning also should consider regional load growing, generation construction and interconnect power system stability to make power system more economic, secure, flexible and openness for all electric users.Using Guangdong Qingyuan city as a research object, this paper expounds how to develop and adjust a regional power system planning to meet numerous basic factors. This research as a reference could be useful for power system planning and construction.
