Research On Effect Of Economic Promotion From The Finance Industry Cluster

With the globalization of economy and financial, the finance industry cluster becomes to be the effective way to promote the development of economic growth. So far, there are a lot of researches concerned about the phenomena of industry cluster. But most of them are according to themselves, and if extends to the research on the finance industry cluster promotes economic growth, it is mostly the form which investigates the relationship between the financial development and economic growth. Particular, the operational research results civil are concentrated in the construction of Shanghai international financial center and regional financial center. But it is deficient in research on economic promotion from the finance industry cluster in underdeveloped areas. From the actual situation of Gansu Province, the finance industry cluster has initially appear, but the degree of concentration isn't high enough and still at a low level. The promoting effect to economy isn't significant. At present, Gansu Province complies with the developing rule of city and economy, proposes the strategic target which build Lanzhou to be the financial center in northwest region. On this background, there is practical significance to analysis the situation of finance industry cluster in Gansu Province, and investigate the promoting effect to regional economy. This paper investigates the promoting effect to regional economy from the finance industry cluster by both theoretical and practical aspects. The thesis consists of five parts. The first part is introduction, including the significance and purpose of the study, literature reviews from domestic and international, ideas and methods, major innovation and shortcomings. The second part is theoretical basis of this paper. It delimits the implication and feature of the finance industry cluster, and analysis the approach on the economic promotion from the finance industry cluster. The third part of paper investigates the promoting effect to regional economy from finance industry cluster with empirical study, analysis the situation of finance industry cluster in Gansu Province, discuses the condition which finance industry cluster promotes economic growth. And then proves that finance industry cluster is one of the reasons promoting economic growth of Gansu Province by the empirical test. The fourth part proposes the countermeasures to improve the level of finance industry cluster and promote economic growth combining the actual situation of Gansu Province. The last chapter is the summary of this paper.
