The Study Of The Problem Of Industrial Cluster In Gansu Province Perspective On Special Advantageous Industries

In the background of economic globalization, information technology and network oriented, with the refinement of social division of labor and collaboration, industrial cluster, as a new model of economic development and geographical phenomenon, have become an important mode of regional economic development. The industrial cluster which have become a "accelerator" of regional economic development, combine the advantages of industrial development and regional economic development effectively and generate strong competitiveness. Therefore, how to cultivate, promote and perfect the industrial cluster and how to enhance regional competition, and promote the development of regional economic have increasingly become a general focus of attention of industry economics, regional economics, economic geography, space geography, management, and other subjects.Since the energy and resource industries are the main industries of economic development region, meanwhile, Gansu province is also a relative backward economic development region of China, hence, how to optimize the existing industrial structure and train characteristic and advantage industries to drive the development of regional economics have already become the matter of the State and Gansu government to think about. This thesis attempts to draw on the successful experience of development of domestic and foreign industrial cluster, combine the current development of industrial in Gansu province to explore the cluster development path of the characteristics and dominant industries.This paper introduces the theory of industrial cluster and the research status of domestic and foreign at first, and then analyzes the current situation of regional economic development in Gansu province—describes the achievement of the economic development of Gansu province, problems, the importance and urgency to promote economic development of Gansu province. On this basis, the thesis presents the current development status of industrial cluster in Gansu province, and demonstrates the necessity and feasibility to develop industrial cluster of Gansu province. Finally, the article proposes the strategies and suggestions for the development of industrial cluster in Gansu province.
