Cross-case Research On The Governance Structure Of Our Country's Family Business Based On The Angle Of Control Power

Chinese family business has been a prevalent, and can not be ignored enterprise organizational form in the economic life after development in 30 years of reform and opening up. In a sense, attention to China's family business, is concerned about the future of China's economy.But the reality of the situation, the development of family enterprises in China has encountered many bottlenecks, but ultimately a governance structure. Early in the enterprise, family unilateral governance structure to provide enterprises with a highly efficient model of development, but with the continuous development of business enterprise development, this model has become a stumbling block. Most family businesses can not increase their scales or survival just because they couldn't find a path of governance structure changing.By means of the method of cross-case analysis, this paper researches the transition of governance structure by the transfer of control power several excellent family businesses and discovers that the governance structure of Chinese family business will transform from unilateral governance structure to collective governance structure as the outward transfer of control power. This kind of transfer of control power characterized by pattern of difference sequence will show certain route dependency. Based on this, this paper analyze internal and external reasons for such this phenomenon using the method of Economics, Management and Society Culture. And this paper obtains one way of governance structure which is a combination of patriarchal management and professional manager according with China's actual conditions. But, according to the development law of business governance structure, family business will be bound to turn into modern enterprise system finally.At last, this paper supplies internal and external strategy for the further perfection of governance structure of family business. From the factors inside the enterprise, enterprise can resolve it from pushing forward the property system reform, reforming culture of family business and establishing internal supervisory system. From the factors outside the enterprise, enterprise can set about from building trustful system of society, perfecting restriction of professional managers market and upgrading the financial capital market. This paper offers theoretical direction for the perfection of the governance structure of family business in China from both inside and outside the enterprise.
