Three-dimensional Guards Geographic Information System

Due to the complexity of social security, public security guard troops must be highly controlled in good organization via implementation of strong technology, to guarantee the information-based construction of guard police. Information security guards significantly increased the quality and efficiency of work, and greatly reduced the cost of police, public security police resources, which as well gives liberation to human intensive and transfer the police work from the mode of manpower, quality to the technology-intensive and qualitatively efficient type.Security guard force is the main task for security chief and foreigners' travel, visiting the site of the security guards and ceasing, therefore, a large number of deploying work involves complex guards against the geographic information space, namely the route, guard tasks and cease, for security guards to realize the police deployed and information inquiry statistics work. Three-dimensional guard geographic information system is the purpose of constructing guard information work and realizing the information management of guard work using GIS based on 3D Scene.In order to rule the guard case which based on the function of fastness and science, the main researches are as following content:(1) 3D scene construction. Making 3D scene use digital elevation model, buildings and landscape model and two-dimensional features data. (2) Guard plans makes. Guard plans which are customized by police are set of different guard plan for residences and sites according to the level of security guards. Those can be serviced for fast guard plan making. (3) Guard plan rapid customized. When the new guard task is assigned, the system can rapid generate guard plan according to the level of guards and the selected roads, sites and residences. Moreover, the system can be guard analysis, view analysis, and automatically set up polices, query and count material etc.To guard the geographic information system on the basis of research, the author developed a set of guards geographic information systems based on three-dimensional Skyline platform and two-dimensional SuperMap platform. The functions of the system mainly include: data access, guard plan management, road management, guard case rapid developing, automatic polices arranging, travel preview, rapid querying and locating, guard analysis and spatial measurement, guard solution space analysis etc. This system has been well applied in civil guard bureau in a certain city.
