Study On Arcgis Geo-statistical Analysis Model And The Technique Of Making Thematic Maps

Based on Chinese and foreign references analysis, this paper introduces the existing highway natural zoning information system research projects in China, and labors Geo-Statistical analysis model demands of highway natural zoning in China. This paper dissertate the basic theory that the Geo-Statistical analysis model based on, the method of exploring spatial analysis, interpolation method for spatial analysis and model flowing. Based on the HD-GIS database, this paper models the Geo-Statistical analysis model for China highway hydrology spatial analysis and China highway climate spatial analysis. The Geo-Statistical analysis model makes the techno-sustain for China highway hydrology spatial analysis and China highway climate spatial analysis. Through the model we gain the environment parameter production charts. According to spatial analysis needs, the author uses ArcGIS software to making thematic map. This paper introduces the principle that how to make the HD-GIS thematic map, the method analyses data for thematic map, how to select spatial coordination, the design method of the thematic map, and so on. In nature, making map is a process that choice and simplification the spatial entity in certain area. The map features mainly include map name, scale, legend, explaining words, and so on. Cartography mainly consist symbol design, label and annotation design, match colors and layout template。This paper discusses the progress of map design technique with words and pictures. At last, according to the spatial analysis demands, the author weaves 50 thematic maps for China highway hydrology spatial analysis and China highway climate spatial analysis in all.
