| After joining WTO, our country increasingly take part in international political, economic and cultural environment. In order to make students better adapt themselves to "global" social and cultural environment and satisfy the need of compound talented persons who grasp both specialized knowledge and foreign language, bilingual teaching on subject is gradually emerging in our country and becomes an inevitable trend. In teaching, bilingual teaching on subject has huge superiority, but also has obvious shortage i. e. English impact on study of specialty, so the general attention of the tutors is drawn upon how to realize the bilingual teaching on mechanics and overcome its shortage. Under the guidance of the Piaget' s cognitive psychology and the Constructivism teaching theory, this thesis explores to practice a teaching system which can realize the bilingual teaching on mechanics and reduce English impact on study of mechanics knowledge, and evaluate the teaching results by the educational experiments.The thesis is made up of five parts. Part I is an brief introduction on the back ground, the research history and actualities of home and abroad on bilingual teaching. Part II defines the bilingual phenomenon bilingual teaching and introduce bilingual teaching models and types, bilingual theories. Part III interprets the theoretical foundations of bilingual teaching practice on mechanics through Piaget' s cognitive psychology and teaching system methodology. Part IV attempts to practise a teaching system which can realize the bilingual teaching on mechanics and reduce English impact on study of mechanics knowledge according to the above teaching theories and the characteristics of mechanic curriculum. The system involves teaching need, teaching objective, teaching content,teaching target, teaching principles, teaching strategies and teaching evaluation. PartV designs and implements the educational experiments. The analyses and discussions of the experimental results are given. |
