Along with our country's science and technology development,the opening degree development and the modernized demand,Tibetan—Chinese Bilingual Teaching has become a development goal of Secondary education and even higher education in china,as well as an important way of economic and educational development in Tibetan areas,Therefore,the implementation of Tibetan—Chinese Bilingual Teaching is also an effective measure to promote diversity.According to article 12 of the education law of the People's Republic of China,school and other institutions of education in ethnic autonomous areas that are dominated by ethnic minorities shall conduct bilingual teaching in the languages commonly used by the state and the languages commonly used by their own or local ethnic groups.In order to develop the Tibetan economy and social productive forces,develop Tibetan education and safeguard the fundamental interests of the Tibetan people,the adoption of school education development,practice has proved that the implementation process of Tibetan and Chinese bilingual teaching must be combined with the reality,confirm to the characteristics of Tibetan teachers and students.And meet the object needs of local financial,social and culture.This paper is based on the practical study of Tibetan-Chinese bilingual teaching in electromagnetics,exploring the theory of bilingual teaching of physics in Tibetan area,and laying a foundation for promoting bilingual teaching of various subjects in Tibetan region.There are five parts of this dissertation.This first part briefly introduces the background,domestic and foreign Tibetan area's research situation and development situation at present.The second part defines Tibetan—Chinese Bilingual Teaching,it also introduces the model,type and theory of Tibetan—Chinese Bilingual Teaching.The third part looks at the construction process of student electromagnetics knowledge from the perspective of student's learning and teachers' teaching.From the aspect of teaching system method to describe our practice of electromagnetism course Tibetan—Chinese Bilingual Teaching system.The forth part depends on the teaching theory mentioned above and combined the characteristics of electromagnetism course.To tentative practice the electromagnetism's Tibetan—Chinese Bilingual Teaching better,at the same time,it can reduce the influence of Tibetan—Chinese language level and higher mathematics knowledge on electromagnetics.The teaching system includes:teaching principles,teaching aims,teaching objectives,teaching needs,teaching type,teaching strategies and teaching assessments.The fifth part designs and implements the Tibetan—Chinese Bilingual Teaching practice of electromagnetics,discussed and analyzed the conclusion of practice.Only when we get out of books and enter into practice can we get a good understanding of the actual situation and needs of students,therefore we can find suitable teaching methods suitable for students' psychology and other practical situations.In the teaching process,teachers'teaching methods are very important.It's the foundation to improve students' record and the main way to develop national education.
